Clean rooms, clean foyer, pretty much very clean. Great location, basic but satisfactory breakfast. Good staff, took care of booking our trips, taxi for airport and when we needed to leave for the Mekong trip before they started breakfast they had our for us before we left.

The first impression of this hotel is ..... very clean!! also the staff in there are very helpful. they recommended us to go to some famous tourist spots to us and helped us to book the tickets and the day tour.when i go to vietnam again, i definitely book this hotel

I stayed at Phan Lan 2 - 283/6 Pham Ngu Lao st.This is a nice hotel, friendly staff.The room is so clean and quiet.Hope to stay the next time when i come back to VietNam.Best wishes to Ms Chi and Ms Lan

This is my first time in Vietnam,I think that Phan Lan 2 is a very nice and clean place.The staffs are very friendly,so on my next trip i will stay here again. 11-08-08

Nous avons sejourne au Phan Lan II en juillet 2008. L'accueil a ete particulierement agreable, Thy etant toujours prete a rendre service. A part le petit dejeuner un peu leger, il n'y a rien a reprocher a cet hotel tranquille dans un quartier si mouvemente. Nous en gardons un excellent souvenir et le recommandons particulierement.

I am regular traveller to VN. Stayed at 283/6 June 08 for frist time. Excellent hotel - clean, quiet, friendly & helpfull staff (Miss Lan). I will return.
